Privacy Policy.

1. Who is responsible

Dishani Fitness is responsible for the processing of your personal data as described here. Questions or requests: info@dishanifitness.com.

2. What we collect

• Account: your email address and, if you give it, your name.
• Purchases: what you bought, when, the amount and the payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Calculator and plan input: for example age, height, weight, body fat estimate, activity, goal, food preferences and allergies, and your answers to the safety questions.
• What you log in the app: workouts, weights, reps, check-ins, completed meals, progress entries and notes.

Some of this information says something about your health, such as weight, body composition, allergies or pregnancy. We only use it with your explicit consent, which you give by entering it, and only to build and run your personal plan. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your data.

3. Why we use it

• To deliver what you bought and keep your account working (performance of the contract).
• To calculate your plan and show your progress (your explicit consent for health-related data).
• To handle payments, invoices and our legal accounting duties (legal obligation).
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who processes data for us

• Stripe: payments.
• Supabase (servers in Frankfurt, Germany): sign-in and sending the sign-in email.
• Our hosting provider: runs the website, the app and its database.

These providers only process data on our instructions. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this happens under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

Your account and app data are kept while you have an account, so you can continue after a 12-week block ends. Ask us to delete your account and we remove it within 30 days. Payment records are kept for 7 years because Dutch tax law requires it.

6. Cookies

We only use functional cookies that are needed for the site to work, such as the cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to its use or limit it. Email info@dishanifitness.com. We reply within 1 day. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
