Refund Policy.

1. The short version

Dishani products are digital and start immediately after payment. Because you give consent for that at checkout, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once your access has started. We still refund in the situations below.

2. When we refund

• You were charged twice for the same purchase: we refund the duplicate payment.
• You cannot get access because of a technical problem on our side that we cannot fix within 7 days: we refund in full.
• You bought the wrong level by mistake and tell us within 48 hours, before logging any workout: we switch you to the right level at no cost.

3. When we do not refund

• When you change your mind after access has started.
• For the unused part of a 12-week block.

4. No automatic renewal

Nothing renews automatically, so you will never be charged again without buying again yourself.

5. How to ask

Email info@dishanifitness.com with the email address you used for the purchase and a short description. We reply within 1 day. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
