Terms and Conditions.

1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every purchase on dishanifitness.com and to the use of the Dishani app at dishanifitness.com/app. By buying a product you agree to these terms.

2. The products

• Dishani Training: one 12-week training program for one system and one level, with the matching handbook and workout log. €29.95.
• Dishani Nutrition: a personalized nutrition system with daily plan, recipes, replacements and shopping list. €29.95.
• Training + Nutrition: one training program and the nutrition system together. €49.95.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Every product is digital and is delivered in the app straight after payment. Nothing is shipped.

3. Access period, no subscription

Each purchase gives 12 weeks (84 days) of access, starting on the day of payment. It is a one-time prepayment: there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. If you buy the same product again before your block ends, the new 12 weeks are added to the end of your current block. After the access period your data stays saved, so you can continue later.

4. Your account

You sign in with your email address and a sign-in link. Your access is personal: do not share your account or pass on the programs, handbooks or plans. Keep access to your email address secure, because it is the key to your account.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Dishani Fitness never sees or stores your card details. Your access starts once the payment is confirmed.

6. Right of withdrawal for digital content

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery has started with your consent. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want access to start immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal from that moment. See the Refund Policy for the situations in which we still refund.

7. Health and safety

The programs and nutrition plans are general fitness and nutrition guidance. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a doctor before you start if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant or are unsure whether training or a change in diet is suitable for you. Stop and seek professional help in case of pain, dizziness, illness or any other symptom that worries you. You train and follow the plans at your own risk and within your own limits.

8. Intellectual property

All programs, handbooks, texts, recipes, designs and software belong to Dishani Fitness. You may use them for your own personal training and nutrition. Copying, reselling, publishing or sharing them is not allowed.

9. Liability

We work carefully to keep the app available and correct, but we cannot guarantee that it is always free of interruptions or errors. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow it.

10. Complaints

Something not right? Email info@dishanifitness.com. We reply within 1 day. If we cannot solve it together, you can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. The version that applied on the day of your purchase stays valid for that purchase. Dutch law applies. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
